Z Store Returns Policy

Our return policy is limited to physical merchandise available in the Z Store. Digital goods purchased in the Z Store are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you decide that your purchase from the Z Store is not right for you, you have up to 30 days from the day of delivery to return your item(s). Your returned item(s) must be in new and unworn condition. You will be responsible for the cost and coordination of return shipping.

Within 7 days of receiving your return, we will add a cash credit to your Z League cash account balance for the original purchase price of your item(s) less any transaction fees.
